Step 1: Unbox the Pixel Hybrid Charging Case
The Pixel Hybrid Charging Case comes with:
- A power cable to power the case.
- A power strip on the side to charge each light.
- Six available slots to store your Pixel Hybrid Bar Lights.
Step 2: Place the Lights Inside the Case
- Prepare the Lights:
- Take one of your Pixel Hybrid Bar Lights and guide it into one of the six slots inside the case.
- Position the Light: Make sure that the light is facing downwards for a secure fit.
- Secure the Light: Place the light gently in the slot. The padding inside the case will keep it secure and protected.
- Connect the Power Cables:
- Take the power cable for each light and plug the blue end into the power-in socket on the light.
- Plug the other end of the power cable into the adjacent outlet on the case.
- Repeat for Other Lights:
- Follow the same procedure for each of the remaining lights. Ensure all the lights are securely placed and connected.
- Store the Remotes:
- You can also store the remotes for the lights inside the case, keeping everything in one place for easy transport.
Step 3: Transporting the Charging Case
- Wheels for Easy Movement:
- The case is equipped with wheels for easy transportation.
- Two of the wheels have locks to keep the case stationary when needed.
- Unlock the Wheels:
- When you’re ready to move the case, simply unlock the wheels by pressing down on the locks.
- Handles for Lifting:
- If you need to lift the case, use the two handles on each side for a secure grip. It can be easily carried by two people if needed.
Step 4: Closing the Case
- Secure the Lid:
- To keep the case closed, lower the lid carefully.
- Use the Butterfly Locks:
- Twist the butterfly locks to the left to extend them.
- Line them up with the latch and twist the lock to the right to secure the case.
- Extra Security with a Padlock:
- If additional security is needed, you can use a padlock through the designated holes on each side of the case.
- Stacking Cases:
- The case has grooves on top for stacking another case.
- Lock the wheels of the case on top to ensure it doesn’t move while being transported.
Step 5: Charging the Lights
- Power Up the Lights:
- Plug the blue end of each light's power cable into the power-in socket on each light.
- Connect the other end of the power cable into the outlet on the side of the case.
- Charge the Case:
- Plug the IEC end of the main power cable into the power socket on the outside of the case.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a wall outlet or power source.
- Turn on the Power:
- Flip the switch on the case to the on position to start charging.
- Charging Time:
- If the lights are completely dead, they usually take about 6 hours to fully charge.
- Monitor the Battery:
- To check the battery life, turn on the lights and look at the battery life indicator on top of each light.
- Ventilation:
- We recommend leaving the case open while charging to ensure proper ventilation for the lights.
