What is the warranty period?

What's covered?
- Coverage: Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 12 months from the purchase date.
- Remedy: At our option, we will repair the product, replace it with a new or refurbished unit of equal or better functionality, or provide a refund if repair or replacement is not commercially practical.
- Parts and labor: Included for covered repairs performed by Rockville or an authorized Rockville service center. Note: Certain parts may not be covered. If any part or labor is not covered, we will notify you before any work is performed.
- Batteries: Rechargeable and non-rechargeable batteries included with Rockville products are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase.
