Order Tracking

After you check out, you’ll get an order confirmation with your order number and a link to your Order Status page. Use that link anytime to see real-time tracking updates.

Ways to track:

• From your order confirmation, click the “View your order” or “Track order” link in your confirmation email or text.
• From your account, log in to your customer account on our store, go to Orders, and select the order you want to track.
• If you checked out with a phone number only, you can opt in to receive shipping updates by email, or use the Order Status link we sent by text.

What you’ll see:

• Current fulfillment status
• Live shipment tracking (for supported carriers)
• Order details and timeline

Identity verification:

• If you’re not logged in, we may ask you to verify your email or phone number along with your order number to protect your order details—especially if some time has passed since purchase. You can find your order number in your confirmation message.
