Troubleshooting

Problem

Solution

No power

  1. Make sure the unit is plugged in and the power switch is in the ON position.
  2. Check that the power cable is not damaged.

No sound

  1. Check that all cables are plugged in correctly.
  2. Make sure the proper input source is selected.
  3. Check the volume settings of connected input devices.
  4. Make sure you press the EQ button. If the unit is DIRECT mode, it will bypass the EQ and moving the faders won’t change the sound.

Sound quality

  1. Make sure the unit is not in DIRECT mode. DIRECT mode is used for comparing the signal when applied with EQ to demonstrate how your tone settings affect output, thus acting a bypass function. Since it bypasses the EQ, press the EQ button to activate the EQ.
  2. If you hear distortion, try adjusting the input source’s volume or lower the faders on the unit.
