1. Power Switch: Turn the receiver on or off. 
2. Antenna A: Uses standard BNC connection UHF Antenna.
3. Ch. A Frequency Up/Down: Manually adjust Mic A’s frequency.
4. Ch. A Sync/Scan(Hold) Button: Long press to start scanning for available frequencies. The unit will look for the cleanest signals in the area with the least interference. 
   • To sync the handheld mic: Hold the ENTER button (item 29) to unlock the mic.  Remove the battery cover and hold the IR Sync Receiver (item 24) in front of the IR Sync Transmitter (item 13). Press and release the Sync/Scan button. When you see the frequency on the mic’s screen it will be synced to the new scanned frequency.
   • To sync the body pack: With the front battery cover open, press the Sync/Scan button on the receiver and hold the IR Transmitter (item 33) in front of the IR Sync Transmitter (item 13). When you see the frequency on the mic’s screen it will be synced to the new scanned frequency.
5. Volume A: Acts as an output gain control.
6. RF Signal Strength: Indicates the strength of the corresponding mic’s wireless signal based on the distance between the mic and the unit.
7. AF Signal strength: Indicates the level of the audio the receiver is receiving from the transmitter
8. Connection Indicator: Appears when the mics are connected to the receiver.
9. Ch. A Frequency: Shows the current frequency that the unit is set to in order to receive signal.
10. Mic/Transmitter Number Indicator: Shows which RWM-200 mic or transmitter (0 or 1) is connected to the channel.
11. Channel Number Indicator: Shows the current two-digit channel number.
12. Antenna B: Uses standard BNC connection UHF Antenna.
13. IR Sync Transmitter: Transmits frequency information to RWM-200 handheld mic or body pack transmitter when you short press either of the Sync/Scan buttons.
    Please note: IR Sync Transmitter must be closely aligned with IR Sync Receiver (item 34) to sync.
14. Volume B: Acts as an output gain control.
15. Ch. B Frequency Up/Down: Manually adjust Mic B’s frequency.
16. Ch. B Sync/Scan(Hold) Button (refer to item 4)

17. Mic Channel: Consists of three digits. 
    • The first digit indicates the mic number (0 or 1). 
    • The last two digits indicate the mic channel.

28. Belt Clip: Designed to clip onto the belt / belt area of pants, shoulder strap of a dress, or any article of clothing that is convenient.

31. MUTE Indicator: Visible when the unit is muted.
32. Volume Buttons: Adjust the transmit volume.
33. IR Sync Receiver: Must be closely aligned with the IR Sync Transmitter (item 13) to sync with RWM-200 receiver.

Installing the Antennas

1. To attach the antennas locate the antenna ports at the back of the unit. These ports have two small metal posts on the cylinder, one at the top and one at the bottom (fig. a).
   

    

2. The antennas’ connector has two openings that correspond to the metal ports on the antenna port (fig. b). Turn the locking bezel on the antenna connector until the openings are vertically aligned (fig. c).
    
3. Line up the antenna’s connector with the port and slide it onto the port (fig. d).
    
4. Firmly grasp the antenna connector and turn the locking bezel clockwise until you feel it lock (fig. e). Repeat these steps for the other antenna.
   
    

Connecting the Power Supply

• Plug the smaller end of the power supply into the power input port (fig. f).
  
• Plug the power supply to a wall socket (fig. g). The power supply plugs features a red LED which indicates it is operating properly (fig. g, inset). If the LED does not light up, double check the connection. If the problem persist, please contact Rockville customer support.
  

Receiver

• Press the power switch (fig. h) to turn on the unit.
  
• The screen will light up (fig. i).
  

Handheld Microphones

• Turn on the microphones by pressing and holding the power button located below the LCD screen (fig. j) until the microphones’ LCD screens light up (fig. k).
  
   
• The microphones will automatically connect to the receiver. If connection is successful, they will show up on the receiver’s LCD display as 0 and 1 (fig. l).
  
   
• If not synced, there are 2 ways to connect to the receiver with the handheld mics or transmitters:
  1. Scan & Sync Procedure (Recommended): 
     • Long press the Sync/Scan button on the receiver to start scanning for available frequencies. The unit will look for the cleanest signals in the area with the least interference. 
     • Remove (handheld mic) or open (transmitter) the battery cover on the handheld mic or transmitter.
     • Press the Sync/Scan button on the receiver and hold the IR Sync Receiver on the handheld mic or transmitter in front of the IR SYNC Transmitter on the receiver. When you see the frequency on the mic or transmitter's screen it will be synced to the receiver's new scanned frequency.
  2. Quick Setup: 
     • You can set the receiver to the frequency the shown on the mic or transmitter.
     • The FREQ Up/Down buttons on receiver can be used to adjust the frequency to match the one shown on the mic or transmitter.

Microphone Volume Settings

1. Press either the VOL+ or VOL- button (fig. m) to access the mic volume settings screen (fig. n) 
2. Adjust the mic’s transmission volume using the VOL+/VOL- buttons. 
   
3. Use the VOLUME A and VOLUME B output gain knobs on the receiver to adjust the output.
4. From there you can press the mic’s SET button to adjust other settings (fig. n) (see Microphone Settings section below), or wait a few seconds and the mic will automatically return to the main screen.

Microphone Settings

1. From the main screen, press the SET button to access the Microphone Settings menu (fig. o).
   
    
2. Continue pressing SET to cycle through the menu items in this order (fig. p): 
   • EC → Echo
   • Eq → Bass, Mid, Treble
   • rF → Power Setting 
3. To make adjustments use the VOL+/VOL- buttons. 
4. Once you’ve made your adjustments, press the set buttons and continue pressing it until you arrive at the main screen.

Menu Item Descriptions

• EC: Echo Effect → This effect creates a delay and repetition of the sound captured by the microphone.
• EQ: Equalizer → 3 band EQ that attenuates the low (b), middle (A), and high (t) frequency bands.
  RF: Power Setting → Allows you to adjust the strength of the signal that the mic is sending to the receiver. A higher setting means better connectivity at long distances, but decreases battery life.

Connecting Lavalier or Headset with Body Pack Transmitter 

1. To connect either the Lavalier mic or guitar cable to the body pack insert the threaded 3.5mm jack into the port at the top of the body (fig. q).
   
    
2. Once it clicks, turn the headphone jack clockwise until it is firmly seated (fig. r). Do not overtighten.
   
    
3. Press and hold the power button at the top of the body pack (fig. s) until the LCD screen lights up. The body pack should automatically connect to the receiver once configured via the IR Sync.
   

Body Pack Transmitter Volume Settings

1. From the main screen press and hold either the VOL+ or VOL- button (fig. t) to access the mic volume settings screen (fig. u).
2. Adjust the transmission volume using the VOL+/VOL- buttons. 
3. Use the VOLUME A and VOLUME B output gain knobs on the receiver to adjust the output.
   2. From there you can press the SET button to adjust other mic settings (fig. u) (see Body Pack Settings section below) or wait a few seconds and the mic will automatically return to the main screen.

Body Pack Transmitter Settings Menu

1. From the main screen, press the SET button (fig. v) to access the Microphone Settings menu.
   
2. Continue pressing SET to cycle through the menu items in this order (fig. w): 
   • ECHO → Echo
   • Eq → Bass, Mid, Treble
   • rF → Power Setting
3. To make adjustments use the VOL+/VOL- buttons.
