Aluminum Wakeboard Tower Speaker Pods

Includes

Assembly Instructions

Step 1

Remove the top half of the clamp. Attach the bottom half of the clamp to the top of the can using the supplied bolts, washer plate, and allen wrench. Make sure that the curved side of the washer plate is facing up.

Step 2

Thread the speaker wire through the predrilled center hole as shown in the illustration.

Wire Path: A two-strand speaker wire enters from the open front opening of the hollow speaker pod, feeds directly up through the center hole of the mounted washer plate, and exits out through the top opening of the speaker housing near the clamp base.

Step 3

Before beginning, make sure that the speaker wires are connected to the speaker and that they have been threaded through the predrilled hole at the top of the can. Align the mounting holes on the speaker with the corresponding holes on the can. Use a Phillips head screwdriver to tighten the screws. Although the predrilled holes will accommodate most speakers on the market, there may be some that don’t fit. If that is the case, you can drill holes into lip of the can to line-up with your speaker’s mounting holes.

PLEASE NOTE: The MAC90 does not have predrilled holes. You will need to drill them based on your speakers hole pattern.

Step 4

If your wake tower has predrilled holes for routing speaker cables, insert the cables at this time. If the clamp does not fit snugly, use one of the 4 included rubber inserts. Place the top half of the clamp over the wake tower pole and attach to the lower half. Do not overtighten the screws.
