Bluetooth Controller Rocker Switch

Installation

The Rocker BT V2 is designed to snap into a standard Carling style switch opening. These are commonly used in the dashboards of many automobiles and off-road vehicles.

Wiring

Ignition (+12V), Red Wire: Connect to the ignition or positive (red) post of the battery.

Ground (–), Black Wire: Connect to the any bare metal part of vehicle chassis or negative terminal of the battery.

Remote Out, Blue Wire: Connect to you amplifier’s remote terminal. Now the amp will power on whenever the RockerBT V2 is powered on.

3.5mm Pre-Out, Black Cable: Connect to amplifier’s input.

3.5mm Line In, Black Cable: Connect any device with a 3.5mm output.

Operation

Bluetooth

  1. Press the power button. The unit features blue back lighting and it will ash red/blue alternately indicating the RockerBT V2 is in pairing mode and ready to use.
  2. In your device’s Bluetooth list of available devices search for and select RockerBT V2.
  3. The RockerBT V2 is now paired to your device. Please note, the unit will remember and automaticlaly connect to the last paired device.

Auxiliary Input

Plugging a 3.5mm jack into the 3.5mm Line In port will put the unit in AUX mode. In this mode, the RockerBT V2 will only control volume. All other playback functions are done via the input source. Please note that plugging a jack into the 3.5mm input will automatically override Bluetooth mode. To return to Bluetooth mode, you must first unplug any input source connected to the 3.5mm input.
