Aluminum Wakeboard Tower Speaker Pods

Assembly Instructions

Step 1

Remove the top half of the clamp. Attach the bottom half of the clamp to the speaker interconnect using B2 bolts. Use the B1 bolts and the washer plates to attach one speaker can to each side of the speaker bridge. Make sure that the curved side of the washer plate is facing up.

Step 2

Thread the speaker wire through the predrilled center hole and out through the clamp as shown in the illustration. Repeat for the second can.

Interior Routing: A two-conductor speaker cable enters through the open front ring of the cylindrical speaker pod housing. Clamp Pass-Through: The wire extends upward through the internal mounting hole located near the washer plate and continues through the hollow channel of the attached mounting bracket block and clamp base. Exiting Cable: The stripped wire ends emerge out through the top opening of the mounting clamp, ready to be connected to the vessel's audio wiring.

Step 3

Before beginning, make sure that the speaker wires are connected to the speaker and that they have been threaded through the predrilled hole at the top of the can. Align the mounting holes on the speaker with the corresponding holes on the can. Use a philips head screwdriver to tighten the screws. Although the predrilled holes will accommodate most speakers on the market, there may be some that don’t fit. If that is the case, you can drill holes into lip of the can to line-up with your speaker’s mounting holes.

Step 4

If your wake tower has predrilled holes for routing speaker cables, insert the cables at this time. If the clamp does not fit snugly, use one of the 4 included rubber inserts. Place the top half of the clamp over the wake tower pole and attach to the lower half. Do not overtighten the screws.
