6.5˝ Shallow Slim Marine Boat Speakers

 

2 Channel Amplifier/Speaker Configurations

Connect the positive terminals of the speakers to the positive terminals on the amplifier. Connect the negative terminals of the speakers to the negative terminals on the amplifier.

 

2 Speaker Configuration:

A wiring diagram shows two white round Rockville RSM65 160-Watt 4-Ohm marine speakers labeled "L" (Left) and "R" (Right) connected to an amplifier. Left Speaker Connection: The negative terminal (-) connects via a black wire to the negative L output terminal on the amplifier. The positive terminal (+) connects via a light gray wire to the positive L output terminal on the amplifier. Right Speaker Connection: The negative terminal (-) connects via a black wire to the negative R output terminal on the amplifier. The positive terminal (+) connects via a light gray wire to the positive R output terminal on the amplifier. Amplifier Notes: A label between the speakers specifies "Impedance: 4 Ohm." Text under the amplifier speaker output terminals reads "MINIMUM IMPEDANCE: 2-OHM STEREO, 4-OHM MONO BRIDGED." Power terminals for +12V, REM, and GND, as well as a fuse slot, are shown to the right on the amplifier panel.

 

4 Speaker Configuration:

A wiring diagram shows four white round Rockville RSM65 160-Watt 4-Ohm marine speakers wired in parallel to a central amplifier, configured as two pairs labeled "L" (Left) and "R" (Right). A central callout notes "Minimum Impedance at Amplifier: 2 Ohm." Left Channel Pair (Wired in Parallel): The negative (-) terminals of both Left speakers connect together via a black wire, which routes to the negative L output terminal on the amplifier. The positive (+) terminals of both Left speakers connect together via a light gray wire, which routes to the positive L output terminal on the amplifier. Right Channel Pair (Wired in Parallel): The negative (-) terminals of both Right speakers connect together via a black wire, which routes to the negative R output terminal on the amplifier. The positive (+) terminals of both Right speakers connect together via a light gray wire, which routes to the positive R output terminal on the amplifier. Amplifier Control Panel Details: Displays speaker terminal connections on the left, a central fuse slot, and standard power input connections labeled (+12V, REM, GND) on the right.
