RRU Series: How To Assemble, Set Up & Use

1. Locate the bottom platform and the four wheels.
2. Identify the screw holes on the bottom platform designated for wheel attachment.
3. Position each wheel to align with the screw holes.
4. Insert two screws through two holes and partially tighten them.
5. Adjust the wheel position if needed to align the remaining screw holes.
6. Insert the remaining two screws for each wheel.
7. Fully tighten all screws to secure each wheel.

⚠️Important: Position the two wheels with brakes diagonally from each other (for example, one brake wheel at the bottom-right corner and the other at the top-left corner). This helps provide stability when the brakes are engaged.

1. Lock the two wheels with brakes.
2. Flip the bottom platform over so the wheels are on the ground.
3. Gather the four rail pieces, screws, and washers.
4. Feed each screw through a washer.
5. Note that the rails have two different sides: 
   • One side has square holes.
   • The other has round threaded holes.
6. Decide which side you want facing front:
   • Square holes allow cage nuts to be installed. 
   • Round threaded holes allow direct mounting.
7. Align each rail with the screw holes on the side of the bottom platform.
8. Insert screws with washers through the designated holes.

1. Take one side panel and align it with the rails on one side.
2. If necessary, adjust the rail position slightly to ensure proper alignment.
3. Feed each screw through a washer.
4. Align the screws with the holes at the bottom of the panel.
5. Insert and tighten all screws to secure the panel to the bottom platform.
6. Repeat the process for the second side panel.

1. Take the top platform and position it over the rack.
2. Ensure the hole in the top platform aligns with the corresponding hole in the bottom platform.
3. Push each corner of the top platform onto the rack, ensuring proper alignment.
4. Prepare the screws and washers.
5. Insert screws with washers through each hole around the perimeter of the top platform.
6. Initially tighten screws only partially to allow for adjustment.
7. Once all screws are installed and alignment is confirmed, fully tighten the screws.
8. Tighten screws on both sides, then the back, then the front.
9. Double-check all screws around the rack to ensure everything is secure.

Using Cage Nuts (Square Rail Holes):

1. Take the included cage nuts.
2. Select the position on the rails where you want to mount your equipment.
3. Insert a cage nut into a square hole on one rail.
4. Insert another cage nut directly across on the opposite rail.
5. If your equipment requires four mounting points, place two more cage nuts one to two spaces below the first set.
6. Align the rack equipment with the cage nuts.
7. Insert screws through the equipment's mounting holes and into the cage nuts.
8. Tighten all screws to secure the equipment.

Using Threaded Holes (Round Threaded Holes):

1.  If you positioned the rails with the round threaded holes facing forward, you can mount equipment directly.
2. Align your equipment with the threaded holes.
3. Insert screws through the equipment and into the threaded holes.
4. Tighten the screws to secure the equipment.

1. Locate the support bar included with your rack.
2. Decide whether to install it on the front or back of the rack.
3. Position the bar at the desired height.
4. Align the bar with the mounting holes.
5. Insert screws with washers through the designated holes.
6. Tighten all screws to secure the support bar.

✅Verify that all wheel hardware is securely tightened.
✅Confirm the two locking wheels are positioned diagonally.
✅Check that all four rails are aligned and securely fastened.
✅Confirm the top and side panels are fully secured.
✅Secure all installed equipment with the appropriate rack screws.
✅Engage the wheel brakes whenever the rack is stationary.

Make sure you have only partially tightened the screws connecting the rails to the bottom platform. This allows you to adjust the rails slightly for proper alignment.
